短應(yīng)力線(xiàn)軋機(jī)具有剛度大、產(chǎn)品精度高、設(shè)備重量輕，操作簡(jiǎn)單，尤其是“在線(xiàn)快速更換軋機(jī)”的特點(diǎn)，使得其成為目前國(guó)內(nèi)棒、線(xiàn)材廠(chǎng)軋鋼作業(yè)中的主導(dǎo)機(jī)型。短應(yīng)力線(xiàn)軋機(jī)大致可分為機(jī)架式和框架式兩種。如圖1所示。(其他只是在平衡方式、軸向調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)、壓下機(jī)構(gòu)、組裝方式上等稍有差別，基本結(jié)構(gòu)相同。

       Short-stress line rolling mill has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision, light weight, simple operation, especially "on-line rapid replacement mill", which makes it become the leading model in domestic bar and wire mill rolling operation. Short stress line mill can be roughly divided into frame type and frame type. See Figure 1. (Others are only slightly different in the balancing method, axial adjustment mechanism, pressing mechanism, assembly method, etc., the basic structure is the same.

       軋機(jī)受到的軋制力通過(guò)軋輥、軋輥軸承、箱體、銅螺母、拉桿等各受力部件的內(nèi)應(yīng)力行成一個(gè)閉合的環(huán)線(xiàn)，即應(yīng)力線(xiàn)。軋機(jī)底座和壓下機(jī)構(gòu)不受軋制力，應(yīng)力線(xiàn)較普通軋機(jī)短，提高了軋機(jī)強(qiáng)度，減少了軋機(jī)的彈性變形，所以稱(chēng)為“短應(yīng)力線(xiàn)軋機(jī)” 。

       The rolling force of the rolling mill is formed into a closed loop line through the internal stress of the roller, roll bearing, box, copper nut, tie rod and other stress components, namely, the stress line. The base and the pressing mechanism of the rolling mill are free from rolling force, and the stress line is shorter than that of the ordinary rolling mill, which improves the strength of the rolling mill and reduces the elastic deformation of the rolling mill, so it is called "short stress line rolling mill".
